After choosing "scan," then "document," then "save as pdf file," a screen comes up on the scanner's digital display, saying to hit either black and white or colour = scan, but when you hit either button, or the OK button, nothing happens! There is nothing in the manual about this issue! And I need to scan something right this minute, that's due within the hour! That's why I bought the printer! aarrggghhh! Does anyone have a solution?
